What sells in Dublin

Dublin's housing is mostly larger family homes and newer builds, from established neighborhoods to developments near Muirfield Village, with Historic Dublin and the Scioto River at the center of town. Buyers here are often relocating for work, which means many of them see the house online long before they see it in person.

That puts extra weight on the listing photos. Big rooms need furniture at the right scale, two-story foyers and family rooms need art and lighting sized for the height, and a formal dining room should look used rather than set aside. Buyers relocating from out of state also need to understand the flow of the house from a gallery of images alone.

The nearest proof: Ashmoore Court in Powell

Ashmoore Court is a good stand-in for many Dublin homes. The vaulted great room opens to a white kitchen, with a black marble fireplace, lit built-ins and high transom windows. We anchored it with a slipcovered sofa and two rounded boucle chairs, used large abstract canvases to finish the tall walls, and carried the same warm neutral palette through the dining room and a vaulted primary suite with its own sitting area.

For a newer, more open plan, N 21st Street in King-Lincoln shows how we define living, dining and kitchen zones in one long room, and how we style a built-in mudroom bench.

Rooms to prioritize in a Dublin listing

  • The foyer, often two stories, where scale is set.
  • The great room and kitchen, styled as one connected space.
  • The dining room, shown in use.
  • The primary suite and a home office, which relocating buyers look for.

Because Dublin is one of our longer drives, the onsite assessment matters even more. A team member confirms measurements, checks access for delivery, assesses the light and plans installation logistics before anything leaves the studio, so install day runs to plan. Many of our jobs come through agents, and our Realtor partnership page explains how we work with them.

Our five services are available across Central Ohio: vacant home staging, occupied home staging, advisory staging consultations, interior styling and short-term rental styling. Tell us about the property so we can recommend the right scope.

Dublin is part of our Columbus service area, along with Westerville and New Albany. If you would like us to be the first stager on this page, request a free estimate.

Home staging in Dublin: questions

Do you serve Dublin even though you are based in Newark?

Yes. Dublin is about 38 miles from our Newark studio and part of our Columbus service area. We have not staged in Dublin yet; our nearest completed project is Ashmoore Court in Powell. Every job starts with an in-person assessment, so the plan is based on your actual rooms, light and access.

Do you charge extra to travel to Dublin?

Travel and delivery logistics for a Dublin home are included in the custom proposal we send after the onsite assessment, along with the rooms, furnishings and staging term. You see and approve the full scope before anything is scheduled.

Can you stage a home for buyers relocating to Dublin?

That is where staging helps most. Relocating buyers often shortlist from photos alone, so we style with the camera in mind: clear furniture plans, lamps on for warmth, and each room showing a single obvious purpose. A home office and a calm primary suite are usually high on their list.

How far ahead should I book staging in Dublin?

Reach out as soon as you know your listing date. We need time for the free estimate, an onsite assessment and the final proposal, then install dates are secured once the contract is signed. Installation itself usually takes one to two days, and the standard staging term is 30 days with extensions available.
