Privacy Policy
Last updated September 29, 2026.
Jovi French Creative Studio & Staging (“we”, “us”) runs jovifrench.com. This notice explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request an estimate or send a message, we receive your name, email, phone number, the property address and anything else you choose to write.
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, our host and analytics tools record technical information such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare estimates and proposals, and schedule consultations and installations.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We never publish house numbers or client details; portfolio pages identify homes by street and town only.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run the site and our email, such as our hosting provider (Vercel), our form-delivery email service and our analytics provider, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies or similar technologies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@jovifrench.com and we will respond promptly.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
